Last week saw the last of the STEM career days at Kings Langley School. To have been invited as an ambassador as a technology and innovation practitioner was really flattering.

It's vital that the emerging generations are somewhat aware of what else is out there and how they can best utilise their skills. Personally I was a youngster who had several interests and perhaps thought I could only actually delve into one career. The great news is that more so than ever, professions are diversifying and skills can certainly be utilised in several areas. Keeping your options open and mind bright!

Sharing my personal story as to how I eventually ended up starting Milly J Shoes, I was thrilled that both the students and faculty found my workshops and story inspiring.
