I tentatively approached Archant with an idea and this is what I came up with! A new series of videos featuring some of Norfolk’s best known personalities and entertainers is being launched to inform and entertain people in the county through lockdown and beyond.

Matthew Gudgin - is one of the main BBC Norfolk Radio hosts, runs a Tuesday guest slot whereby the team choose an individual within Norfolk to be interviewed. The surprsing part is that all theguests have made contributuons to Norfolk life and have indeed had interesting lives thus far!
It is also considered to be the, "Desert Island Discs" of Norfolk. Choosing just 6 songs was a hard feat to achieve!

It was an honour to be invited as an ambassador for Norwich High School For Girls earlier this week. The small team of mentors teamed together for the Inspiring Females initiative founded by the school's head teacher and Siobhan Ecke. For the first time, it also comprised of men who made up the so called inspring people within the area.
However, it wasn't about us on this day. We spent the afternnon in mentor pairs and spent the day with up to ten, 14 year olds each. Guiding them through how they would start their own social enterprises. Looking into the seed stages, finaces, marketing, operations and so on. My team came up with a technology app and I was impressed to see how tech savvy they all were.
It was truly an inspiring day for all!

I was thrilled to be inviited to the school that I mentor at, North Walsham High School, to help celebrate their annual high achievers' awards night.
Celebrating the high academic achievements of a select few in the class of 2017,I was honoured to not only give a speech about my journey, but also to hand out certificates to the students.
I was joined by Chris Lee of the RAF who gave a funny account of his military life.

Meeting with some very inspiring businesses. The cocktails and stories were flowing everyone revved up about what brought them there in the first place. Reminding us all of the importance of being a unique entrepreneur.

Marcia, the manager of the Tannery's Norwich branch popped into my shop a few weeks ago and was in awe of my designs. She immediately said that she would like to offer my shop some support and suggested that I bring some of my designs into the Tannery for them to display.
As of next week, you'll be able to view some of my feather inspired shoes in their store for you to enquire about. Generously, Marcia will also put up a little blurb about my shoes alongside the designs!
This is to not only mark their exciting move from the Arcade to Exchange Street, but will be the start of Milly J Shoes within this luxury environment!
