What these terms cover:
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply goods and services to you.
How we will accept your order:
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. No contract shall come into existence before that point.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified or for other unexpected reasons.
We are happy to accept the following methods of payment:
Visa / Master Card / Maestro /Visa Debit American Express.
All payments made to Milly J are processed through secure payment gateways. Payments will show on your bank statement as Milly J shoes and shoe clips
My payment has been declined. We’re sorry to hear this. The decline of payment from your card will be a direct instruction from the card provider. As this is the case, we are unable to provide further information on why this decision has been made.
We would suggest contacting your card provider regarding this. You are more than welcome to use an alternative method of payment from the list of payment methods we can accept.

We are happy to take orders up to a certain value over the telephone.
Delivery will by via Royal Mail and will take 3 to 5 Working Days
We only ship to UK Mainland PO Box numbers:
Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to PO boxes as we will not be able to obtain a proof of delivery.
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
When we will provide the products:
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will dispatch your goods as described. As most of our products are “made to order” we will let you know an estimated date for dispatch when the order is placed. If you are not happy with the length of time the order will take to dispatch you may cancel the order and will receive a full refund.
Once goods have been dispatched, we will advise you by email. If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available, we will advise you by email or phone.
If we cannot meet your requirements, we will credit your original method of payment. On orders greater than 1 item, goods may be dispatched in multiple packets.
If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
Subject as below, the price for the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. However, if we discover that a pricing error has been made, we will suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or to receive a refund and not proceed with the order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is as accurate, as photographic and publishing processes will allow and your product may vary slightly from these images The product packaging may also vary from that shown in images on our website.
Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. However, we are unable to guarantee that shoes dispatched will be ’box fresh’ i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our store.
NB: As a company policy, we do not stock any products that contain or are manufactured from real fur.
Making sure your measurements are accurate:
If we are making the product to measurements you have given us you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. You can find information and tips on how to measure on our website or by contacting us.
Returns and Refunds:
We trust you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us up to 28 days after delivery (that is 14 days for you to notify us of your wish to return and 14 days after cancellation to return). Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging.
Please ensure that shoes are tried on, on a carpeted surface.
Returns costs are at your own expense.
We will email you confirmation once we have processed the refund or exchange.
The refunds can only be made to the original method of payment and using the original details supplied. Refunds will be made once the product is received back from you unworn and undamaged and in its original packaging.
We only sell to the UK:
Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside the UK.
Exclusion of liability:
We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Limitation of liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you pay to us for the products you receive.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the provisions of these terms operates separately. If a court or other relevant authority decides that any of the provisions are unlawful then the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
